4.10.6. Annotate Rearrangements Against Overlapping Regions¶
This algorithm annotates fusions against regions in the selected source and identifies rearrangements with breakends overlapping corresponding regions in the annotation source.
An annotation source to annotate the fusions.
The output includes columns for the selected source. If multiple features match the rearrangement, then the results will be joined together in a list for each field. If a rearrangement does not have an overlapping feature, the fields will be filled in with missing values.
The following additional fields are also included in the output:
Matched Breakends: A summary of the breakends that match any annotated region (Left, Right, or Both).
# Matched: The number of regions overlapping this fusion.
Matched Breakend: The breakend that matches each annotated region (Left, Right, or Both).
