This tutorial covers a basic VSReports workflow with an emphasis on understanding and exploring report customizations.

Requirements

To complete this tutorial you will need to download and unzip the following file, which includes a starter project.

Important

The majority of the workflow described in this tutorial requires an active VarSeq and VSReports license. If you are interested in VarSeq, you can go to Discover VarSeq and request an evaluation license.

For existing VarSeq customers interested in trying VSReports, you can go to Discover VSReports and request a free trial of VSReports.

Files included in the above ZIP file:

  • Exome Trio VarSeq Reports Tutorial - Starter project containing 1 VCF file for the 1kG YRI trio (NA19238, NA19239, NA19240) with an artificial de Novo mutation placed in the data.
