This tutorial provides a step-by-step workflow for generating haplotype frequency tables from an LD plot of your genotype data and then using those tables to perform numerical association or regression.
Requirements
To complete this tutorial you will need to download and unzip the following file, which includes a project file containing the spreadsheets needed for the analysis.
After you have downloaded the file, unzip it to an appropriate location in your directory.
- Open SVS and choose Open Project. Navigate to the project file Haplotype Association with Quantitative Response.
The project contains two spreadsheets, a Phenotype Dataset - Sheet 1 spreadsheet and a marker-mapped 500K HapMap - Sheet 1 spreadsheet.
